BGP announced today the purchase of Springfield Corporate Center, a 138,830 SF office property in Springfield, VA. The 5-story office building is ideally located at I-95, I-495 and I-395 and offers tenants valuable amenities such as fitness center, locker rooms, on-site brunch café with catering options, common area Wi-Fi, and banking options.

The property is “a workhorse building that will provide consistent cash flow for BGP,” said Jud Ryan with Newmark.
BGP acquired Springfield Corporate Center from Artemis Real Estate and MRP Realty. James Cassidy and Jud Ryan with Newmark represented the sellers.
BGP will handle leasing, property management and asset management in-house.
